Sh. Partha Jana
Chief Executive Officer

Sh. Partha Jana has been appointed as CEO of TFL wef 01st Feb., 2019 and is Executive Director in GAIL (India) Ltd. Sh. Jana is electrical engineer from NIT – Srinagar and he started his career in GAIL in the year 1986 in the pipeline department when GAIL was laying the longest NG pipeline of the country HVJ. During a career spanning 33 years, he has worked in different capacities in GAIL including world’s longest exclusive LPG pipeline Jamnagar – Loni, LNG terminal at Dabhol, successful implementation of CGD project in Benagaluru and other cities in eastern part of the country etc.

He has extensive experience in Project Implementation, Project Execution, commissioning and O&M of pipelines and retail gas business etc. Further he has also served as consultant to ADB for Capacity Building for reconstruction and development of oil and gas infrastructure in Afghanistan. He is member of NACE since 1993 and has attended various trainings in USA, Canada, UK. He has also presented many papers at many national and international forums.

His areas of interest include Cathodic Protection system and corrosion in pipelines, gasification among others.

Sh. Santosh Gawade
Chief Operating Officer (Downstream)
Shri SV Gawade is Engineering Graduate of 1982 batch from University of Mumbai. He joined RCF Ltd as management trainee in 1982 and now holding the post of General Manager in RCF Ltd. He has got a vast experience for about 34 years in various fields of Project, revamps, contracting , Co ordination and operation of large Urea Plants.
He possess a degree in Electrical Engineering along with Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Advance Computer Systems analysis and Applications. Before joining the Talcher Project he was head of Urea Plant producing 1300 MTPD at Mumbai and Urea plant producing 6000 MTPD in Thal Unit for about 10 years.

Sh. Sanjay Agarwal
Chief Operating Officer (Upstream/Gasification)
Shri Sanjay Agarwal is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from IIT, BHU, Varanasi in year 1990. He started his career as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Gas Authority of India Limited (now GAIL India Limited) in 1990 when the Gail was installing its first Gas Processing Plant at Vijaipur, Guna. Shri Agarwal had worked under different capacities in different departments in various GAIL locations and its subsidiary. He is having rich experience of more than 29 years in field of Business Development, Operation, Commissioning, Project Execution, Formation and managing of Joint Venture Companies. Before Joining Coal Gasification based Fertiliser Project of Talcher Fertiliser, he was instrumental in execution & commissioning of Polymer unit of BCPL (A Subsidiary of GAIL). Presently he is servings as Chief Operating Officer (Upstream/Gasification) for Talcher Fertiliser Ltd.

Sh. Sunil Dutt
Chief Financial Officer
Joined Northern Coalfields Limited (A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited, A Maharatna Company) as an Accountant on 23.12.1986. Joined in E-7 grade on 02.04.2013. Since then working in the same profile. He has also worked as Area Finance Manager (Incharge of the Finance department) in the area like Nehru Shatabdi Chikitsalaya, Bina Project, Central Workshop Jayant of Northern Coalfields Limited. Transferred from Northern Coalfields Limited, Singrauli to Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi, another subsidiary of Coal India Limited and joined Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi on 03.04.2017. Further on transfer from Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi joined Coal India Limited, Delhi and subsequently posted in Talcher Fertilizers Limited, Noida on deputation basis from CIL, Delhi on 11.05.2017.

Working as one of the Head of departments of TFL for revival of old FCIL Unit at Talcher. The work includes set up of office infrastructure including DG set, furniture, office staff, office communication, installation of computers, Guest house infrastructure and furnishing, construction water survey, reservoir renovation, concept paper, PQC approval and other site enabling works since June 2017 till now.
Previously Worked as Technical Expert in IAD, BCCL, Dhanbad,
underground mechanization through SDL machines and also was a part in the team working on environmental clearance for BCCL Dhanbad mining land
Worked as desk/liaison officer in CIL, Delhi office for ECL (Eastern Coal fields Limited) and CMPDIL (Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited) Liaisoning with different Ministries of Government of India and power houses

Worked as a part of Sales and Marketing team in CIL DELHI
Worked in UG and OC Mines at a post much higher than the then existing designation.
